SCHOOL LEAVER PROGRAMME

The Trainee Retail Management Programme welcomes candidates with or the equivalent of two or more A-levels. Lasting 18 months, the programme is structured to give the participants solid experience in different roles at a number or stores and real grip of retail management, as well as full-time job benefits.

It’s possible to become an M&S Commercial Manager as a result of this scheme.
