SCHOOL LEAVER PROGRAMME

There are two options for school leavers with Capgemini: the Advanced Apprenticeship and the Higher Apprenticeship. Both apprenticeship schemes begin with a three-month accelerated learning programme to provide new apprentices with a thorough grounding in various aspects of software development and the foundations of I.T. business. You’ll receive a blend of on-the-job, working as either a Business or Application Analyst, Tester, Software Engineer or in Integration Services or PMO as well as formal training.

With a permanent job from day one, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies and constantly develop their I.T. skills. You’ll contribute your own insights on real projects and have real responsibility in a leading global company in the I.T. industry.
